I have borrowed the picture that reminds me most of Carol. I remember Carol for her warm smile and considerate manner. I can truly say that it was always a real pleasure to advise Carol since she became a client in 2002. 

 

Carol was always so apologetic when she was running late, would never refuse a cup of tea, was always very animated with her hands when speaking and would struggle to stop herself interjecting after every other word I used to say in our meetings. 

 

During an important meeting we had before tax year end in 2006 we finished talking financial stuff and I closed the meeting thanking Carol for making it to the office before the 6th April. She said great, I need to rush back home now because I have left Henry looking after Sebastian. We both looked at each other in silence for a second or two and in unison howled with laughter 😂
