This is a photo of Carol, Kim and Ben at my cottage in Yorkshire in the 1980’s. Jill, Carol’s mother, had just given me my beautiful Springer Spaniel, George, and we are looking at him! 

 

When I think of Carol, I think of her beauty, gentleness, radiant infectious smile, her grace and interest in everyone, her artisticness and her huge courage. Carol will leave a huge gap in our hearts.
